Populous
practice | a collection of projects developed within multidisciplinary teams during my time at the Populous studio in London. the work spans sports and entertainment across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, including projects in Europe and Asia, with contributions to feasibility studies and Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stages 1, 2 and 4. large venues become settings for spectators, communities and events to come together.

the global design practice Populous creates stadiums, arenas, event spaces and urban environments around the experiences people share. its approach connects architecture with interiors, landscape, planning and event design, considering the atmosphere of a venue alongside its place in the wider city. the aim is to draw people together around the things they love, with digital technologies opening new possibilities for participation and the spectator experience.
my work formed part of a collaborative design process that included architectural design, façade development and computational workflows. artificial intelligence (AI) tools supported exploration and iteration alongside the wider design team, helping develop and communicate options across projects with different scales and technical demands.
